Featuring a 9-hole golf course,  Monks Cowl Golf Resort & Spa also offers three outdoor swimming pools, water slides, water play area, outdoor play area, putting green, tennis courts, putt-putt, adventure biking, games room,  a restaurant, a cozy pub with log fires in winter and our beautiful Spa.

A function room is also available for conferences and events.

Activities such as river rafting, quad biking, horse riding, hot air ballooning and the infamous Valley Bakery can be found within 8 km of the golf resort.

The room types offered at the Resort are as follows:

2 people –  Luxury Superior Room – these spacious rooms all come with one queen size bed, satellite TV,  tea-and-coffee making facilities and a bar fridge. All the rooms are equipped with a furnished patio with mountain or lake views. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with both a bath and shower and complimentary toiletries. This room type includes breakfast for 2 guests daily.

2 Adults & 2 Children – Luxury Superior Family Room – these spacious family rooms all come with two queen size beds (open plan), satellite TV,  tea-and-coffee making facilities and a bar fridge.  All the rooms are equipped with a furnished patio with mountain or lake views.  The en-suite bathrooms are  equipped with a bath and shower and complimentary toiletries. This room type includes buffet breakfast for 4 guests daily.

Self-Catering Chalets:

Two Bedroom (6 sleeper) Chalets –  All Chalets come standard with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the lounge, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV (DSTV), a log fire-place, and a furnished patio and braai area with mountain and/or lake views.  The chalets are serviced and cleaned daily. There is a restaurant on-site if you wish to dine out. Buffet Breakfast and Dinners are available at the REas well as an al a carte menu. Each chalet accommodates 6 people.
